  • Medical information: Lab tests, medication details, CT/MRI scans reports/CDs, physician progress/referral notes, and proof of immunizations/vaccinations

  • Prescriptions and over-the-counter medications: Please put in carryon luggage

  • Eye glasses/contact lenses

  • Contact information: Friends, family, hotels, physicians/clinics, local guides, embassies, and airlines

  • Luggage: Roller bag is preferred

  • Clothing: Comfortable clothing , sleepwear, casual attire, shorts, long pants, t-shirts, long sleeve shirts, light weight jacket, underwear, hat, casual socks, shoes and sandals

  • Toiletries: Toothpaste, toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant, lip balm, anti-bacterial hand gel, sunscreen, etc.

  • Passport and visas

  • Electronics’ chargers and converters/plug adapters

  • Credit cards and local currency
